Hailing from Chicago, Illinois, Coach Dominique is an award-winning keynote speaker, educational consultant, and student engagement strategist. She’s also the founder of Pretty Me Inc., a nonprofit mentoring organization that serves middle and high school girls, as well as young women ages 18–24, through trauma-informed, SEL-powered programs.

With raw storytelling, fearless transparency, and the kind of energy that shifts a room, Coach Dominique helps students move from self-doubt to self-mastery and equips educators with practical tools to truly reach and retain them.

 

Her message isn’t scripted. It’s real, personal, and rooted in lived experience. From gym floors to auditoriums, schools and districts trust her to increase student engagement, support dropout prevention, and align with initiatives like social emotional learning, MTSS, and school climate reform.
